Erin Langley is the founder, Executive Director and Artistic Director of Eastern Shore Repertory Theatre (ESRT) in Fairhope, AL. ESRT is a growing 501(c)3 organization with a mission for fostering theatre arts for local students as well as providing a quality theatre experience for residents of the Gulf Coast. Since its beginnings in 2012, Langley has served the local community by directing productions for thousands of audience members, including yearly performances for Baldwin County students. She was recently selected as Impact 100 Baldwin County’s Young Philanthropist recipient. Erin is a member of Mobile Bay Monthly’s 2017 Forty under 40 class of young leaders and was recognized in 2015 with a Freddie Gershon fellowship, a national award for excellence in the theatre direction of young people. Under her direction, her group has also received national recognition with Outstanding Overall performances at the Junior Theatre Festival and was selected as a finalist in Playbill’s Community Service Awards. Erin has served as Artist in Residence in many Baldwin County public schools and has traveled to Haiti to create programs for children in Port-au-Prince and Montrouis.

Erin has a strong love and commitment to the Baldwin County area and has created events such as Theatre on the Bluff at the Henry George Park in Fairhope for our local community to enjoy.

She and her husband Karl reside in Fairhope with their two children, Ezra and Zoë, and are so grateful for the opportunity to bring the arts to Fairhope.
