Eastern Shore Repertory Theatre is proud to present Disney’s High School Musical JR., coming to the Daphne Civic Center this fall.
Get ready for the energy, music, and heart of East High as Troy, Gabriella, Sharpay, Ryan, Chad, Taylor, and the Wildcats discover what happens when students step outside the roles everyone expects them to play.
With unforgettable songs, high-energy choreography, and a story about friendship, confidence, teamwork, and being brave enough to try something new, High School Musical JR. is the perfect production for students, families, and fans of live musical theatre.
Auditions
We’re looking for Wildcats!
Auditions for Eastern Shore Repertory Theatre’s Fall 2026 production of Disney’s High School Musical JR will be held August 10 and 11 from 6:00–8:00 PM at the Nicholson Center in Daphne.
Students in 5th through 12th grade are invited to audition. No experience is necessary. We are looking for students who are excited to perform, work hard, try something new, and be part of the team.
Students should prepare a 1–2 minute song in the style of High School Musical JR and bring an accompaniment track. This can be a musical theatre song, pop song, Disney song, or anything that shows personality and feels like a good fit for the show.
All audition forms must be completed online before auditions. Please submit your audition form by 5:00 PM on the day you plan to audition.

Optional Dance Audition Workshop
Students who would like to learn some of the audition choreography in advance may attend an optional dance audition workshop on August 8 from 1:00–2:30 PM at the Nicholson Center.
The workshop is not required to audition, and no reservations are necessary.
Cost is $25 per student. Payment may be made by cash, check made payable to Matthew Kiel, or Venmo to @Matthew-kiel-77.
